Syed Mohsin Ali laid to rest in Moulvibazar

Social Welfare Minister Syed Mohsin Ali was laid to eternal rest beside his parents’ graves at Shah Mostafa Mazar at Darjirmahal in Moulvibazar district town yesterday, reports UNB.
The burial took place around 5:03 pm after a namaz-e-janaza at Moulvibazar Government High School ground around 4 pm. He was given state of honour before the burial.
Earlier, the body of the late minister brought here from the capital around 12:30 pm by a helicopter at Moulvibazar M Saifur Rahman Stadium.
Later, his body was taken to his village home in Darjirmahal.
His body was then taken to Moulvibazar Government High School ground where people from all walks of life gathered to show their last respect to him.
