Christopher Robin hits Star Cineplex and Blockbuster Cinemas today

Christopher Robin, an American fantasy comedy-drama film, is set to hit Star Cineplex of Bashundhara City Shopping Mall and Blockbuster Cinemas in Jamuna Future Park in the capital today. The film is releasing in Bangladesh along with its US release. Directed by Marc Forster, the film Christopher Robin is written by Alex Ross Perry and Allison Schroeder. The story is taken from a story written by Perry which is inspired by A. A. Milne and E. H. Shepards book Winnie-the-Pooh.
The plot of the film begins when Christopher Robin is moving to a boarding school in London so his stuffed animal friends from the Hundred Acre Wood, consisting of Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, Owl, and Rabbit throw him a going away party. Nearing the time of his departure, he tells Pooh that he wont ever forget him. However, due to the constant teasing he receives from other school boys and the teachers strictness, he soon loses all sense of imagination and matures.
The adult Christopher Robin, who is now focused on his new life, work, and family, suddenly meets his old friend Winnie the Pooh.
