Mehazabien to appear in Ogo Bodhu Shundori

Popular model-actress Mehazabien Chowdhury, who is nowadays immensely admired for her enthralling performance on the small screen, is in yet another project based on an amazing story. The actress is currently acting in an Eid-special tele-drama titled Ogo Bodhu Shundori under the direction of well-known director Himel Ashraf.
DhakaLive has news that Ogo Bodhu Shundori is going to be Mehazabiens first project with Himel Ashraf.
The title of the tele-drama is same as the noted Bengali film Ogo Bodhu Shundori (1981) directed by Salil Dutta. It was the last film performed by the iconic actor Uttam Kumar, who died during its production. However, the story of the tele-drama does not bear any resemblance to the films story.
About the plot of the tele-drama, Himel Ashraf said, When couples are married for a long time, many wives start to think that their husbands do not love them as they used to do. Aupi thinks the same as she thinks that her husband does not love her as he used to do. Using different tricks, she now tries to catch the attention of her husband.
Mehazabien said about playing the character of Aupi, This is my first time working under the direction of Himel Ashraf. Overall, the projects work went really well. I really liked the storyline. I am hopeful that the tele-drama will be liked by the audiences.
The tele-drama Ogo Bodhu Shundori will be aired on NTV during this Eid-ul-Azha, Himel Ashraf informed DhakaLive.
