Razzaq, fondly called Nayak Raj, made tremendous contributions to Bangla cinema, and won the hearts of millions over the years. The National Award-winning actor also earned fame as a director. He lived an illustrious life like a real life hero.
Independence Award winning noted media personality Shykh Seraj has made a biographical documentary on the legendary hero titled Rajadheeraj Razzaq (The King Protagonist), which has been produced by Impress Telefilm Ltd.
The 90-minute biographical documentary contains exclusive interviews of Razzaq, unseen photographs of the Nayak Raj and interviews of his friends, colleagues and family members. Besides, veteran film artistes Suchonda, Kabori, Babita and many other silver screen celebrities shared their precious and publicly-unknown memory with the legendary hero. Moreover, Shykh Seraj also visited Razzaqs birthplace in West Bengal, India and gathered rare information on Razzaq and interviewed people who used to know him in his childhood.
The biographical documentary on Razzak is expected to be released in the movie theatres. Moreover, this exceptional video document will be archived at the Bangladesh Film Archive.
