Korea crush Bangladesh 6-0 in hockey

Bangladesh suffered a crushing 6-0 defeat at the hands of South Korea in a friendly match in Seoul yesterday.

Bangladesh national team is now touring Korea as part of preparation for Asian Games to be held in Jakarta from August 18. It was Bangladesh’s third straight defeat in the current tour.

Korea forced as many as 17 penalty corners in yesterday’s match and it is interestingly to add that the home team scored all their goals by converting penalty corners. Bangladesh failed to earn any penalty corner in the match.
