Two held with heroin in Rajshahi

Rajshahi: Officials of the Department of Narcotics Control in a drive arrested two people along with 700 grams of heroin on the Chapainawabganj-Rajshahi highway in Alimganj area of the district on Saturday, reports UNB.
Details of the arrestees could not be known immediately. Khalilur Rahman, inspector of the Department of Narcotics Control, Rajshahi, said a team of the department conducted the drive in the area at noon and recovered the heroin from a Rajshahi-bound microbus. Later they arrested two men in this connection.
