Khaleda goes to London tomorrow

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is going to London tomorrow night for better eye treatment, reports UNB.
“Our leader (Khaleda) will go to London on Tuesday night for her eye treatment. She will also stay there for some days to pass time with her eldest son Tarique Rahman and other family members,” said BNP standing committee member Nazrul Islam Khan yesterday.
He was addressing a press briefing after a meeting of BNP senior leaders with the party chief at her Gulshan office.
Replying to a question whether the BNP chief will return home before Eid-ul-Azha, Nazrul Islam said, “I don’t think so as she is going to meet her eldest son for the first time after the death of her younger son Arafat Rahman Koko.”
