UN delegation calls on air chief

A five-member delegation of United Nations led by Jean Pierre Lacroix, under secretary general of Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO), called on Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat at Air Headquarters yesterday, reports BSS. They exchanged greetings and discussed different issues of bilateral interests during the meeting, said an ISPR press release. It is expected that the visit of the delegation team of United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO) will play an important role in strengthening the existing friendly relationship between Bangladesh Air Force and United Nations (UN), it said.
