Worker killed in Faridpur wall collapse

Faridpur: A worker was killed and two others were injured as a wall of an under-construction building collapsed on them at Purba Hasamdia in Bhanga municipality area yesterday morning, reports UNB.

The deceased was identified as Aynal Fakir, 30.

Miraz Hosain, inspector (investigation) of Bhanga Police station, said wall

fell on the workers while they were digging a hole for a septic tank around 10am, leaving Aynal dead on the spot and two others injured.
