Workshop on migrant workers held

Officials at a views-exchange workshop here have said the present government puts maximum importance on strengthening services for Bangladeshi migrant workers to ensure their welfare both at home and abroad, reports BSS.

The Wage Earners’ Welfare Board (WEWB) of the Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Ministry and International Labour Organisation (ILO) jointly organised the event in the conference room of deputy commissioner (DC) on Wednesday afternoon.
