The Nepalese Translation Talents Training, organized and directed by the General Administration of Press and Publication of China, recently kicked off in Beijing. This is the third session of Translation Talents Training of South and Southeast Asian languages under the Belt and Road Book Programme. Cumulatively, these events have trained more than 60 Myanmar language and Thai translation and publishing talents.
The trainees attending the present session are mainly Nepalese publishers, media professionals and students studying in China who are interested in Chinese culture. The trainees also include Chinese editors, publishers, interpreters and translators of the Nepalese language. (Xinhua)
