Bangladesh one-day captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza as the guest of honour will fly to Munshiganj (by helicopter) for the first time to see the final of the Victory Day T20 Cricket Tournament today.
Organised by Munshiganj District Sports Association, the exciting match between Munshiganj Sadar Upazila and Gazaria Upazila will be played at the Munshiganj District Stadium at 10am.
Dhaka Divisional Commissioner and president of Dhaka divisional sports association M Bazlul Karim Chowdhury will grace the ceremony as the chief guest. Deputy Commissioner and president of Munshiganj District Sports Association Shaila Farzana will preside over the programme. Former national captain Gazi Ashraf Hossain Lipu and Munshiganj Police Super Mohammad Jayedul Alam, among others, are expected to be present on the occasion.
