Biman Bangladesh Airlines has increased flight frequency on domestic routes following a growing demand, reports UNB.
The national flag carrier will now operate 10 flights on the Dhaka-Cox's Bazar route per week instead of seven while eight on the Dhaka-Jessore route from seven and three flights on the Dhaka-Barisal routes instead of two, said a press release on Sunday.
Two more flights have been added to the existing 30 on the Dhaka-
Chittagong route and the number of flights on the Dhaka-Sylhet route will be 34 from 31.
Apart from the daily Boeing flight, Biman will operate one more flight on Saturday, Monday and Thursday on the Dhaka-Cox's Bazar route, the release said.
The minimum one-way fare on the route has been fixed at Tk 4,000, including tax and surcharge.
