Model Brishty Islam turns anchor of TV show

A long-awaited dream of newbie model-actress Brishty Islam turned into a reality as she has become an anchor of the TV show for the first time in her career. With much excitement, she is now anchoring a musical show titled Music Jam on NTV that she started her new job on August 30. She has been replaced by the former anchor of the show and with this her dream came true finally.
Brishty expressed her feelings about her new mission considering it one of the grant occasions of her life, I had a dream of anchoring a quality show since long ago. Though I had received proposal from a few TV channels for performing the same job, I always wanted to start with a prominent TV channel. I am really grateful to NTV for giving me the opportunity.
Brishty, who has mainly worked as a model in a number of Television Commercials (TVC), has not become regular in TV plays till now. But if she gets wonderful stories for working in the tele-drama, she will be regular in this field, she told DhakaLive.
As many as 10 TVCs of Brishty have already been aired on different TV channels. She has come up with five more new TVCs, those are--Ashfaq Bipuls SMC energy drinks, Titu Rahmans RFL flask and ACI salt, Amlan Biswashs Moitrek bike and Partha Pratims Symphony phone.
Brishty said about working in the media, My journey in the media started with a film, but the film didnt see its formal journey till now. Though I have immense interest to work in the film, I want to enrich myself with proper acting skill before that. For now, I want to concentrate on TVC and tele-drama.
Brishty informed that she engaged herself in the showbiz with the film titled Safia directed by Masudul Hasan. Even she took part in the shooting for the promo of the film, which has yet to be lunched formally. She worked as a model for the first time in a TVC of Samsung phone directed by Bipul Ashfaq. Hailing from Pabna, Bristhy is currently studying in BBA in Northern University.
