Final instalment of shooting of �Black� in Sri Lanka

Though the shooting of ‘Black’—a full length Bangla feature film directed by Raja Chanda—is about to complete after filming in different locations of Kolkata, only shooting for two songs of the film yet to be done with lead casts Bidya Sinha Saha Mim from Bangladesh and Soham Chakraborty from Kolkata. The shooting of the songs will be held this September 17 in various picturesque locations in Sri Lanka.
After returning from Kolkata on Tuesday, Mim shared the experience of working in the film, “I returned home after completing the shooting of film’s major part. I will take part in dubbing of the film here in Dhaka. I worked with much pleasure in Kolkata as the entire shooting unit including director himself lent their support to me for accomplishing the job properly. My co-artiste Soham was also amazing in every steps of the shooting. His immense cooperation throughout the entire shooting phase is mentionable. I hope that the final instalment of the shooting for last two songs will be done fantastically in Sri Lanka.”
Soham said over the phone from Kolkata about working with Mim in the same film, “In one word, Mim acted for the film brilliantly. She has received a few more proposals for working in Kolkata films. If everything goes alright, I think she may get chance to be regular here. On the other hand, our industry also is in need of such a beautiful and complete heroine like her. I wish her a successful film career.”
Mim and Soham’s ‘Black’ has been jointly produced by Kibria Films of Bangladesh and DAG Creative Media from Kolkata.
To note, the film ‘Black’, which started with the name ‘Rocket’, had to change its title to avoid the duplication because a film with the same title was already produced earlier in Kolkata.
On the other hand, after completing the shooting of ‘Black’, Mim will start working for yet another new film titled ‘Rocky’ directed by Shafiq Hasan. Popular actors Arindam Shil and Indraneil will be seen opposite her. Moreover, after her birthday celebration in coming November, Mim will fly with her family for USA to take part in two stage shows there.
