The Mesquite grill: Taste of Southwestern American Dishes

The restaurant scene of Dhaka is quite different now. The restaurants today offer a great many selections of cuisines from all over the world. Im always up for trying new things and with that intent, I recently visited The Mesquite grill a restaurant located at Uttara specializing in the Southwestern American dishes. I had a wonderful time there with really great food.
One of the highlights of my meal was the Fettucine Alfredo, a pasta dish made from Fettuccine or Tagliatelle pasta tossed with cheese and butter. The ribbon pasta had a smooth and rich coating from the cheese melts, the signature of the dish. It had nicely decorated sliced pieces of grilled chicken breast on the top. The pasta tasted superbly delicious with the white creamy Alfredo sauce. Such a simple dish and yet so rich and elegant. This is a dish worth another visit.
The interior decoration of The Mesquite grill reflects the restaurants specialty, the Southwestern American cuisine. The environment is warm, relaxing and family friendly. It is a great place to have a nice meal and a casual hangout.
