Remaining three matches of 8th round today

With a day break, the rest of the three matches of the eighth-round fixture in the Dhaka Premier League will resume at thee different venues in Dhaka and its adjacent areas today.

Shinepukur CC will lock horns with Sheikh Jamal at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. Legends of Rupganj will face off Khelaghar at the BKSP Ground-3 in Savar, while Brothers Union will take on Kalabagan KC at the  Fatullah Stadium.

Shinepukur, Rupganj, Sheikh Jamal and Khelaghar among these six teams chalked up the identical number of eight points. But the newly-promoted Shinepukur are ahead of them due to its better net run-rate. They have 0.518 in their possession what they claimed from the last seven matches.

Currently, Shinepukur placed third just after table-toppers Abahani Limited and Prime Doleshwar.

Legends of Rupganj, Sheikh Jamal and Khelaghar Samaj Kallyan Samity are now languishing at fourth, fifth and seventh respectively because of their net run-rate. Rupganj have 0.372 net run-rate, while Sheikh Jamal 0.115 and Khelaghar -0.485.
