Atomic Energy Commission gets new chair

Mahbubul Hoq, chief scientific officer (CSO), joined Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission as chairman recently, a press statement said

Earlier, he was member (Physical Science) of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission. Before that he also served as director general of Atomic Energy Research Establishment, Savar, Dhaka.

He has completed his graduate and post graduate degree from the department of Applied Physics and Electronics of Dhaka University. Hoq joined in BAEC as scientific officer in 1985.  

He had a lot of design and developments work in his carrier in the field of electronics, the statement added.
