Bangladesh Under-19 National Football Team returned home yesterday evening after their elimination from the semifinal of the SAFF U-19 competition.
Bangladesh team suffered a 4-3 defeat at the hands of India in a nerve shattering tie-breaker after the regulation 90 minutes was ended on goalless draw.
Saiful Bari Titu head coach of the team, while talking to this correspondent yesterday immediate after his return from Katmandu said that the effect of altitude was the main reason of the players for not performing their usual game.
Bangladesh, who moved into the semifinal of the competition after a 2-0 victory over Bhutan and conceded 2-1 defeat to hosts Nepal, ousted from the contest after the 4-3 defeat to India.
