Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Shahjahan Kamal has said the Bangladesh government took all kinds of tourism-friendly measures besides ensuring safety and security to attract more foreign tourists including different European countries, reports BSS.
The minister made the remark while briefing foreign journalists and international tour operators after inaugurating Bangladesh pavilion at “Borsa International Tourism Fair 2018” in Italy on Sunday, according to a message received in the capital from Italy.
The Bangladesh Tourism Board along with a number of local tour operators are taking part at the three-day fair where 2,000 companies from nearly 100 countries are displaying various products related to travel and leisure.
