The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) brought two changes from 15-member squad which played against Sri Lanka in the first Test in Chittagong. The high-scoring first Test ended in a draw yesterday. The second Test math will be played at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium from February 8.
The selectors retained stand-in captain Mahmudllah Riyad as captain also for the second Test as skipper Shakib Al Hasan is yet to recover from his finger injury completely.
Dashing batsman Sabbir Rahman has been included in a 15-man squad. Sunzamul Islam and Rubel Hossain, who were part of the squad for the first Test, have been left out. Pacer Kamrul Islam Rabbi is the other new inclusion for Dhaka Test.
SQUAD: Mahmud Ullah (captain), Tamim Iqbal, Liton Kumer Das, Mushfiqur Rahim, Imrul Kayes, Mominul Haque, Mosaddek Hossain Saikat, Taijul Islam, Mustafizur Rahman, Mehidi Hassan Miraj, Kamrul Islam Rabbi, Sabbir Rahman, Abdur Razzak, Naeem Hasan and Tanbir Hayder.
