A court in the capital yesterday fixed February 25, 26 for the next hearing of Zia Charitable Trust graft case filed against BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and three others by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), reports UNB. Judge Md Akhteruzzaman of Dhaka Special Court-5 fixed the date for placing arguments of lawyer of accused Ziaul Islam Munna and Md Aminul Islam. BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia was present during the hearing. On August 8, 2011, the ACC filed the Zia Charitable Trust graft case with Tejgaon Police Station accusing four people, including Khaleda Zia, of abusing power in raising funds for the trust from unknown sources.
