A Bangladeshi young man was allegedly beaten to death by members of Border Security Force of India (BSF) near Kolumdanga border in Sapahar upazila of the district early yesterday, reports UNB from Naogaon.
The deceased identified as Kabir Hossain, 30, son of Saiful Islam, a resident of the area, was a cattle trader. Lt Col Rafiqul Islam, commanding officer of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Battalion-14, said Kabir had gone missing on Tuesday while a group of cattle traders along with Kabir was returning from India.
