Toukir, Momo, Mou to appear together in two tele-dramas

Audience-admired actor-director Toukir Ahmed will be seen together with actress-model Zakia Bari Momo and model Nazira Ahmed Mou in two upcoming tele-dramas directed by Chaynika Chowdhury for Eid-ul Azha. The tele-dramas, titled ‘Andhokare Jonaki’ and Opar Ananda’ has been written by Faria Hossain and DhakaLive has news that the work for the two tele-dramas has already been completed in the shooting house of veteran actress-director Parveen Sultana Diti and also in Richie Solaiman’s shooting house ‘Nilanjona’. This is the first time that the three artistes have worked together in a tele-drama.
Director Chaynika Chowdhury, who is very hopeful as far as both the tele-dramas are concerned, said, “I believe that there is always a kind of freshness in my stories. The stories of both the tele-dramas are new and original. I hope that the viewers appreciate them.”
Toukir Ahmed said about both the tele-dramas, “I had a very good time working for both the tele-dramas. Momo and Mou did very well in their acting. I was really impressed with their eagerness and enthusiasm towards acting.”
Zakia Bari Momo shared her thoughts, “Working under the direction of Toukir Ahmed in ‘Daruchini Dweep’ earned me a National Film Award. That is why whether I see him as an elder brother or my mentor, he is someone who I respect immensely. Whenever I work with him, I always learn something or the other which I nourish.
Nazira Ahmed Mou, who has been quite serious about acting has been regularly appearing in tele-dramas and tele-films in the recent times. She said, “I am extremely grateful to Chaynika Chowdhury for giving me the opportunity in so many fantastic projects. In each and every one of my appearance, I always give my utmost to present my character in the best way. I hope the viewers admire and appreciate them.”
‘Andhokare Jonaki’ and ‘Opar Ananda’ will be aired on Maasranga Television and ATN Bangla respectively.
