Women’s volleyball title goes to Pabna

Pabna DSA of Rajshahi division clinched the Inter-Divisional Women Volleyball Championship title when they routed Rajbari DSA of Dhaka division by 3-0 sets  in the final played at Sultana Kamal Women Sports Complex in the capital yesterday.

Earlier, Pabna defeated Kishoreganj DSA 3-0 and Rajbari beat Mymensingh 3-1 in the two semifinals. Later Kishoreganj bagged the third place. Fouzia Yasmin of Pabna was adjudged the best player of the tournament.

Advocate Sanjida Khanam, MP, distributed prizes as chief guest.
