One killed in road accident

GAZIPUR: A truck ploughed into a shop in Hotapara area on Dhaka-Mymensingh highway in Sadar upazila early Thursday, leaving a young man dead on the spot, reports UNB. The deceased was identified as Biplab Miah, 25, of Bogra district. Police and fire service sources said the accident took place around 2 am as the driver lost control over the steering and crashed into a  roadside shop. On information, a team of fire service from Sreepur fire service and civil defence station rushed to the spot, recovered the body.
