Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) has postponed some programmes which are scheduled to take place on its premises today and tomorrow. President Abdul Hamid will attend a programme as the chief guest at the National Theatre Hall of BSA tomorrow (January 10). Due to security reasons, all other programmes scheduled to be held at the three halls of BSA today and tomorrow have been postponed.
In this regard, theatre troupe PrangoneMor’s ‘Shesher Kabita’ and Loko Natyadal’s ‘Sonai Madhab’ will not be staged today. But the programme at Nandan Mancha will remain unchanged today. On the other hand, the closing ceremony of the ten-day ‘National Instrumental Music Festival’ will be held on January 11, which was supposed to be held on January 10 (tomorrow).
