Swani Jubaeer to perform live after 9 years tomorrow

National Film Award winning singer-music director Swani Jubaeer is coming back to the countrys music once again after a long hiatus of nine years. The singer will perform at a solo musical show tomorrow evening at the National Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the capital. DhakaLive has news that alongside performing from his various albums, Swani will also render Ghazal and Thumri at the solo musical evening.
Swani Jubaeer said about his solo performance after a long break, As I was extremely busy with my personal life, I almost forgot that my solo performance for the audience is much needed right at this moment. Coming to this time, I wonder those who love my singing, even those who are not familiar with my music, and also for those who are interested to enjoy different types of music, it has now become mandatory to give my solo performance for all of them. Thus, I am doing this live show after a long time and I hope there will be huge response from the audience.
Tickets (BDT 300) of the solo performance are available at Sagar Publishers and G-Series showrooms. Also, the ticket will be available in front of the hall before the show.
The eminent musician won the National Film Award as the music director for the film Anil Bagchir Ekdin. His maiden album was Sara and his other albums include Nirjan Sakhkhor, Ajasra Kabita, Apna Khayal, Jugal Sondhi, Odbhut Adhar Ek and Chader Sarobore.
To note, Swani Jubaeer performed at a programme live at National Museum for the last time in 2008. l
