An expatriate BNP leader in Sweden is controlling killers' group and others, who are responsible for the recent incidents of enforced disappearances and murders, claimed Road, Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader yesterday, reports UNB. "An arrested BNP leader confessed under section 164 that the Sweden expatriate leader had involvement with petrol bomb attack and terrorist activities," Quader, also general secretary of ruling party came up with the comments while talking to reporters during his visit to railway overpass in Paduar Bazar of Comilla on Sunday morning. The minister said that the BNP leader from the Sweden is leading force behind the criminal activities including enforced disappearance and killing.
AL general secretary, however, didn't divulge the name of the BNP expatriate leader that he was referring to. "Ershad now will say that he has won in Rangpur city election. But we did not hear anything from Ershad about upcoming national election. We have to wait more to know his comment on the national election," said the Quader while responding to a question on the recent RCC election.
