Four medicine shops fined in Ctg

CHITTAGONG: An anti-adulteration mobile court yesterday realised fine from four medicine shops for selling date expired medicines and not taking drug license, reports BSS. Executive magistrate of district administration Ruhul Amin conducted a series of drives in cooperation with Drug Administration Directorate and Chittagong Metropolitan Police on Saturday. They also imposed a financial penalty of Taka 1.25 lakh to the owners of four medicine shops and sealed off two medicine shops in city's Alkaron and Kotwali area.  under Kotwali thana for selling expired medicines without drug license. Superintendent of Drug Administration Directorate K M Mohsinin Mahbub, among others, was present during the drive.
