Creating Awareness On Plastic Pollution

As part of Greening ULAB ‘Reduce Plastic Campaign’, ULAB Centre for Sustainable Development and Sustainable Development Club jointly organised a cleaning programme at Dhanmondi Lake area in the capital on December 14. Students and members of the club actively participated by collecting discarded plastic wastes and handed those over to city corporation officials. They also talked to people around the lake to create awareness on reducing plastic use and to take steps against plastic waste.
