Modern cancer ward opens at Suhrawardy hospital

Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammed Nasim and visiting Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim yesterday jointly inaugurated a 60-bed modern cancer ward at the Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital in the capital to provide better cancer treatment to patients, reports BSS.

“The governments of Turkey and Bangladesh have established the ward to make world-class treatment facilities available in the country,” Nasim told the inaugural function.
