Jitu Ahsan’s debut with ‘Gohin Baluchor’

After starring in countless ventures on the small screen, audience-admired actor Jitu Ahsan is finally all set to make his debut on the silver screen with the film ‘Gohin Baluchor’ directed by Badrul Anam Soud. The film is scheduled to release on December 29, and Jitu will be seen playing the role of the antagonist.

Following the footsteps of his father, Syed Ahsan Ali Sydney, who was one of the most popular actors of his time, Jitu Ahsan entered the showbiz industry at a relatively young age. The actor became one of the most familiar faces of the small screen over the time for his vivid performances as an artiste.

Jitu Ahsan had been offered to play in the films many times, but was waiting for the desired character to portray. In ‘Gohin Baluchor’, Jitu Ahsan has portrayed the character of Hanif Sikder eagerly.

Jitu Ahsan said, “Badrul Anam Soud told me that he was writing the script of his maiden film thinking a character for me. Once I received the script in my hand, I read the entire script and took mental preparation for playing my role, Hanif Sikder. Amazed by the character of the antagonist, I didn’t feel any desire, even for a single moment to play the role of hero. I have tried to portray the character of Hanif Sikder wholeheartedly. Now the viewers will evaluate my performance.”

About Jitu Ahsan, Badrul Anam Soud said, “Jitu Ahsan’s eyes were the most important part for the portrayal of the character of Hanif Sikder, as well as Jitu Ahsan is really a good actor. For all these reasons, he was involved in the project.”

Jitu also played an array of characters in many popular drama serials, drama fictions and telefilms, such as ‘Shaola’, ‘Gohiney’, ‘Elebele’, ‘Tobuo Protikkha’, ‘Andhokarer Biruddhe’, ‘Nouka Dubi’ and others.
