KHULNA: Khulna Development Authority (KDA) on Monday handed over Prime Minister’s promised 4-katha land to the National Cricket team player Mehedi Hasan Miraz, reports UNB. KDA Chairman Brigadier General Md Ahsanul Haque Mian handed over the deeds of the land in the Majgani residential area of the city to Miraz. Member of parliament Mizanur Rahman MP, Begum Monnujan Sufian, Khulna City Mayor Moniruzzaman Moni, Khulna Deputy Commissioner Aminul Ahsan and Mehedi Hasan Miraz’s father Jalal Uddin and sister Rumana were present at that time. Miraz bowled extra ordinary against England team in last year. Getting to know about Miraz living along with his family members at a rented house in Khalishpur, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina asked KDA to give the 4 katha land to this dashing player.
