RFL declares 23pc cash dividend

Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) has declared 23 per cent cash dividend to its shareholders for 2016-2017 financial year at the 37th annual general meeting of the company held in the capital yesterday, reports UNB. Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman, Rathendra Nath Paul, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Finance), Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Chief Financial Officer, MA Mannan, Independent Director, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director, Muhammad Aminur Rahman, Company Secretary and shareholders of the Company attended the AGM. Shareholders thanked the management for company’s achievements over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business.
