‘SMEs’ contribution to economy huge’

Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury yesterday said Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are making huge contributions to the national economy, reports UNB.

At the event, certificates were distributed among 57 small and medium entrepreneurs for their contributions to their respective sectors across the country.

Better Stories, a private sector initiative aimed at fostering socially-responsible and innovation-driven entrepreneurship in Bangladesh, arranged the business model competition with different types of business ideas.
