Riaz, Moutushi pair up for tele-film �Life Support�

Viewer-appreciated actors Riaz and Moutushi Biswas will pair up for a tele-film on the occasion of the coming Eid titled ‘Life Support’, written and directed by Masud Sejan. DhakaLive has news that the shooting of the tele-film has already begun last Tuesday in Masud Sejan’s own shooting house in the capital’s Uttara area. This is the first time that the duo of Riaz and Moutushi are acting together under the direction of Masud Sejan. The plot of ‘Life Support’ centres on married couple Shahriar and Sadia. Sadia dwells in suspicion towards her husband and it becomes habitual. It comes down to a point where Shahriar, in an act of utter frustration, leaves for the forest. A new story emerges from that point.
Regarding working under the direction of Masud Sejan, Shahriar said, “Last Eid, I worked in the tele-film ‘Khushmantar’, which was directed by Masud Sejan. I received a lot of positive feedback for it. He does his work in a very organised manner. I really enjoy working under his direction and the story of the new tele-film is fantastic. I hope the viewers appreciate it.”
Moutushi also shared her thoughts, “From the very beginning, I have developed a good understanding with Masud Sejan. I have worked in single-episode tele-dramas as well as drama serials under his direction. That is why it has become easier for me to blend in and properly portray any character that he wants me to present on screen. As an artiste, working with Masud Sejan’s entire unit creates a positive atmosphere for me. ‘Life Support’ is the kind of tele-film that will certainly be appreciated among the viewers.”
To note, Masud Sejan and Moutushi are certainly no strangers to one another. The actress first worked under his direction in the drama serial ‘Putul Khela’. Then, the drama serial ‘Choliteche Circus’ is regularly being aired on Bangalvision. Some of the notable Moutushi-acted tele-dramas directed by Masud Sejan are ‘Chiching Phaak’, ‘Kaaktarua’, ‘Like and Comments’ among others.
