Two held with arms, ammo

Members of Rapid Action Battalion held two alleged illegal arms traders with one foreign made pistol, two magazines and four rounds of bullet from Chakdoulatpur in Shibganj upazila yesterday afternoon. The arrested persons have been identified as Tozammel Hoque, 37, and Mirazul Islam, 21, of Israil More under Shibganj municipality. Based on secret information, a team of (RAB)-5 from Chapainawabganj camp in plain clothes raided the area and caught them red handed. They admitted during primary interrogation that they had been involved in illegal arms business for long. Later, they were handed over to Shibganj police with a case.
