Yunnan, Laos and Myanmar intensify tourism

exchange The fourth China (Yunnan) - Laos Tourism Officials and Executives Exchange Training Workshop, and the Fifth China (Yunnan) - Myanmar Tourism Officials and Executives Exchange Training Workshop, were launched in Kunming between November 13 and 14.

Both workshops lasted for 12 days and invited participants from Laos and Myanmar to study Yunnan’s practices of promoting tourism. The participants also took part in the 2017 China International Travel Mart to learn more about the country’s tourism development.

They expressed their great pleasure to have had such an opportunity. The workshops not only served to deepen tourism exchanges, but also created new opportunities for mutually beneficial development of the tourism industries of the three countries. In recent years, tourism cooperation between Yunnan, Laos and Myanmar has been furthered in both depth and scope.
