The idea of creating new and innovative knowledge through learning is a great demand of present time

Research is prerequisite for the development of a country. Researchers are required to make inquiries about the creative task of education. The question is how researchers can be attracted to research work. The research mentality is more important than that of research funds. It is not possible to develop this mentality until it can be considered as a rich part of culture. But this concept of culture is likely to be successful if a person develops his/her mentality since childhood. It is an integral part of culture and education. But these are all complementary to one another. The Bengali culture is creative and it is possible to create a wide spectrum of views, thoughts, and ideas. But the question is whether the current trend of our education is as creative as the emerging culture or is it possible to make education literally innovative and creative through reflection of culture? It is important to think about these issues like whether education is becoming a culture by searching for real knowledge or contributing to the cultures prosperity or not. By means of applying education in diverse areas, it is possible to produce real talent and create new knowledge material. Henceforth, the idea of creating a new culture through education is ensured. Small examples may be presented as a story or a hand may be read by simply showing a subject. Therefore, education will act as a simple sequence of undemanding happiness to an educationist without being sophisticated or stressful. Through this, it will be possible to take education in real sense and can be applied in real life. Students will be able to create a multi-dimensional concept from an idea free of stress imposed by education. Again, the attitude of each other is different because of its differentiation; it will contribute to the individuals self-esteem. Initially, there will be simple education, innovation from there and innovative new ideas will be shared with each other to ensure the expansion of education and the development of merit. Furthermore, it should be the main goal of the education system and structure. We know that the world-famous physicist Isaac Newton discovered the gravity formula. He was sitting under an apple tree in his houses courtyard. At that time an apple from the tree fell on his head. By thinking of why Apple did not go up or down, it came straight down, he got a gravity idea. While reading this story of gravity in science books in childhood, surely many people feel curious about that tree. Interestingly, the apple tree is still standing in Newtons home in Lincolnshire. Newtons story of apple is written in an eighteenth-century manuscript with the author William Stuciel .He is Newtons friend. In that manuscript, he wrote that Newton told me that he was deeply concerned about the falling of apple. At the time, due to Apples fall on the head, he was thinking about the matter. This idea comes out todays gravity formula. Newton used to tell this story to his students. This story should not be true or false, but this kind of practical example would be taught by the teachers and the students should think about it. King Hiroro II of the time of Archimedes gave the gold to the craftsmen for making a crown for him. Although his crown was made at the right time, he suspected that the craftsmen added a shaft to it. He went to Archimedes to overcome doubts. He sent the crown to Archimedes and asked to solve the problem. Meanwhile, Archimedes delved into deep thoughts. He knew that gold density is more than silver. So a dense centimeter of gold weighs more than the equivalent silver. But the shape of the crown was not balanced. As a result, it was not possible to calculate the volume. There is a narrative story that Archimedes has found a way to determine the water flutter and crown buds when water is overflowing while bathing in a pond. Then he shouted Eureka, Eureka and started to cry out to the palace. He was so amazed at his discovery that he started running in a nude condition. But many historians deny this story. However, Archimedes played the head on the ground. He compared one pound of gold to a water tank and compared the amount of water that was filled with the amount of water it sank in the same amount of silver. It is seen that the water in the silver dubbing is overflowing. Then he distinguishes the crown and separates it from water. There is more water on the crown. It proved that there was a shaft in the crown.
If such kind of education is arranged by creating practical environment, it will develop the creativity of the students. Curiosity will be created in them, the desire to know will increase and the thought will lead them to innovation. This is not only the science that applies to the range of thinking that may be applied to any topic. If it is deeply analyzed, then the main limitation of our education system will bring to light and that is to keep and memorize the knowledge of the narrow textbooks. This type of knowledge will sustain for a specific period of time which will be in vain and meaningless in real life situation. As a result, the idea of creating new and innovative knowledge through learning is a great demand of present time. Again education is a part of life and through it the invention of new knowledge that makes peoples thinking power competent to solve other things in reality will be helpful and applicable in real sense. This type of research is going on in many countries of the world. As New Zealands Horizon Research researches creative books including a variety of textbooks. The main goal of this study is to find out the logical strategies of how human evolution is possible. If books are written as fiction, the black letters of the book are not bound in the book; it will attract people to the book and will increase their interest to know its strangers. Peter Atkins wrote classic textbooks. His physical chemistry book is written in science, but it is written in the form of literature. Atkinson explains how researchers can create a study based on the learning of life and simple presentation in textbooks. In our country, there is a need for research on books in order to select books, strategies and subjects for writing books. The reason behind this is that the study books of our country are still not being studied and the students are turning away from there gradually which is a pitfall for the society and the state. Although creative methods have been introduced, some of its results have been achieved without involving the students with reality, life and culture.
In this case, it is not right to blame the scientific method of modernization, and it cannot be cultivated for its use, application and acceptance. Instead of getting the right process of evaluation of the students at the elementary level, it is rather a need to create long-term psychological complications among the learners. Another thing that is needed to be considered is that to avoid the nature of selfishness among people and to create a sense of generosity and positive attitude. When a student has to become a doctor or an engineer, because of his parents emotional pressure from their childhood, their world of thought decreases and their place of generosity is interrupted. This is because, it is said that, when a person is imposed on something outside his mind, his personal thoughts do not develop rather creates a negative sense of feeling. One of them is selfishness. As a result, he does not see everyone around him as human rather as his opponent. He is not born as a genuine society and a people of the state. But if a student is provided a real and true education , he will be the real person and contribute to enrich the society and the state. As a result, he developed unselfish attitudes and unselfish attitudes towards all in the society. Here the failures of the traditional unitary mental education of the society are failing. The point here is that due to education, a central mentality is being created or education due to mentality is losing its course. Even though experiments with education continue to be studied, it is necessary to create a new education system for the development of innovative thinking, and the underlying beliefs like social behavior, psychological and scientific analysis of ideas and thoughts. By examining these issues, it is necessary for students to develop the attitude of research by developing creative thinking. Although it is said that intellectualism or innovation is God-given gift, but it should not be done in a straightforward analysis. If the education environment can be made from an early life, then research will become an integral part of life. Furthermore, with the passage of time, it will be converted into culture.
In the field of education and research, the worlds smallest northern European country has surpassed America as Finlands Education Superpower. In the 2000 Paris-based global financial institution, OECDs 15-year-old students, in the first Pisa Test, in three categories (Reading, Science and Math) in the first row among 43 countries, Finland stood unbending. On the other hand, Swedens position is also at the top where according to the 2014 statistics, students from 80 countries are doing PhD research.
Moreover, the hope is that the present government has been working to create researchers with the highest importance of education by developing better and life-oriented education system through the explanation and analysis of reasons why Bangladesh is behind education. If the researcher is prepared, then the process of building a state will be dynamic surely.
