Younnan introduces “transport poverty alleviation”

A few days ago, Kunming Airlines Co., Ltd. organized a baggage allowance donation event at Kunming Changshui International Airport. Passengers on chosen flights were encouraged to donate their unneeded baggage allowance so that poverty-stricken vegetable growers in rural areas of Yunnan province could have their fresh vegetables transported and sold in the markets of Shanghai and Taiyuan in Shanxi province. Each participating flight could carry up to 500 kilograms of vegetables. The picture shows passengers participating in the event.
