Solo art exhibition Santalnama starts today

Santalnama a solo art exhibition of artist Pradip Ghosh will begin today at the Chitrashala Gallery of Bangladesh Charu Shilpi Sangsad, Lalmatia in the capital.
Veteran journalist and cultural activist Kamal Lohani is expected to inaugurate the exhibition today at 6pm at the gallery premises, while renowned artists Hamiduzzaman and Shishir Bhattacharya and also the son of Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin, Engineer Mainul Abedin will attend the inaugural ceremony as guests.
The exhibition Santalnama will showcase a selection of 21 recent artworks by Pradip Ghosh. The artworks portray the life struggle of the indigenous Santals in various ways which can be easily interpreted by the viewers.
The exhibition will remain open to all every day from 3pm to 9pm, until November 11.
