Two killed in road accident

Pabna: Two people were killed and five others injured in a road accident at Majidpur in Sadar upazila yesterday morning, reports UNB.

The deceased were identified as Rokon Ali, 45, driver of a human hauler and son of late Monsur Ali of Santhia upazila and Samrat, 30.

The accident took place when a cattle-laden human hauler (Nosimon) rammed motorcycle after being hit by a passenger bus from behind in the area around 11:30 am, leaving the driver of human hauler dead on the spot and six others injured, said Abdur Razzak, officer-in charge of Sadar Police Station
