Teenage girl, young man found dead

The bodies of a teenage girl and a youth, who went missing after jumping off first Buriganga Bridge in South Keraniganj on Wednesday, were recovered from the Buriganga River yesterday morning, reports UNB. Locals spotted two floating bodies in Hasnabad Trawler ghat area, the east side of Postgola Bridge, in the morning and informed police, said Sub-Inspector Rabiul Haq of Hasnabad River Police camp. Later, police recovered the bodies of Emon, 20, son of Sultan of Sayedabad area and Anika, 18, daughter of Md Ohid Molla of Jatrabari area around 9am. They might have committed suicide out of frustration or anger, he said.
