Woman gives birth to triplets

Chuadanga: A woman gave birth to three babies in a private clinic in the district town early yesterday, reports UNB.

The triplets, all girls, were born to Nazmin Nahar Rajani, wife of Shanta Ali of Harokandi village in Sadar upazila, by a caesarean section.

Gynecologist of Chuadanga Sadar Hospital Dr Aklima Khatun, who conducted the caesarean, said Rajani had long been unable to conceive. She, however, gave birth to three babies at a time.
