The Textiles and Jute Ministry has taken back the Kishoreganj Textile Mills Limited for violation of the terms and conditions of handover for privatization, reports BSS. The mill authority violated the terms of the contract as the buyer did not yet start the mill and had not paid dues to the government, said a press release yesterday. Moreover, the buyer has taken loan from the Sonali Bank Limited through keeping mortgage of the mill without taking any permission of the government, the release added.
