BASP annual council tomorrow

The annual council of Bangladesh Abritty Somonnoy Parishad (BASP) will be held on Friday at Shilpakala Academy in Dhaka.

Marking the council, a three-day recitation workshop will begin from today at the same venue, said a release yesterday.

Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor will inaugurate the workshop at the Jatiya Nattyashala auditorium at 9:30 am where around 300 representatives from across the country will take part.

Sammilita Sangskritik Jote President Golam Quddus, Bangladesh Group Theater Federation Presidium Member Jhuna Chowdhury and Bangladesh Patho Natok Parishad President Mannan Hira will address the inaugural function as special guests.
