Alakesh Ghosh’s exhibition begins at Nat’l Museum today

A weeklong solo exhibition by renowned artist Alakesh Ghosh will begin today at the Nalini Kanta Bhattashali Gallery of Bangladesh National Museum (BNM), Shahbag in the capital. Besides, an exclusive book on renowned artist Alakesh Ghosh titled 'Life and Works: Alakesh Ghosh', published by Cosmos Books, will be launched today at the Sufia Kamal Auditorium of BNM. Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor will be present at the launching programme and will inaugurate the exhibition, while South Korean Ambassador Ahn Seong-Doo and eminent artist Samarjit Roy Chowdhury will be present as special guests. The exhibition will run every day from 9:30am to 5:30pm and 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Friday, until October 21.
