US Embassy to remain closed Oct 8

The US Embassy in Dhaka, including its consular section, will remain closed on Sunday (Oct 8) on the occasion of Columbus Day, an American holiday, reports UNB. The American Centre Library and EducationUSA Student Advising Centre will also remain closed on Sunday. However, emergency services for American citizens will be available, said the Embassy on Thursday.
