Lions October Service Week begins in Rangpur

RANGPUR: Lions Club of Rangpur (LCR) began observance of the October Service Week-2017 here yesterday with elaborate programmes to serve the distressed humanity, reports BSS. Police Super Mizanur Rahman attended the launching ceremony as the chief guest at the LCR hall room, a press release said yesterday.

With president of LCR Al-Helal in the chair, Lions Safura Sattar, Enamul Haque Sohel, Sanjit Kumar Sarker, Emdadul Islam, Mahbub Akhter Lotan, Sabina Afza Haque Lisu and Azharul Islam addressed the inaugural ceremony. Under the programmes, the LCR will provide various services to the poor, distressed and physically-challenged people at different places in the district.
